Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at +8618616795985 with photos/video and your order number. We will cover all shipping costs to send you a replacement or correct item immediately.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
What’s Refunded: You will be refunded the item’s price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be refunded
Exchanges
For a Different Size/Color: We are happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability. Please indicate your desired replacement during the return process.
Process: We will ship the exchange item once the original return is received and approved. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, the following cannot be returned:Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
Gift cards
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper care
Store Credit
Prefer a quicker resolution? You can opt for Store Credit instead of a standard refund. We will issue the credit instantly upon return approval, and it never expires.
